Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Contact Center reported consolidated net profits of EGP 28.63 million in the first nine months of 2020, down by 69% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 92.98 million, including minority shareholders’ rights.

The company’s revenues declined to EGP 565.69 million in the January-September period from EGP 623.55 million in the year-ago period, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

In addition, the company logged EGP 46.30 million in standalone net profits in the first nine months of the year, down from EGP 73.21 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.

During the first half (H1) of 2020, Raya Contact Center achieved net profits of EGP 20.6 million, down from EGP 64.29 million in H1-19, including minority shareholders’ rights.
